Oriana Diamonds PH 7-Day Repair Policy

This 7-day repair policy covers, but is not limited to, the following services for jewelry purchased from Oriana Diamonds PH: Ring resizing (within reasonable limits), Chain or clasp repair, Prong repair, removal of hairline scratches, repair of loose bracelet and earrings lock, alignment of ring prongs, re-alignment of prongs, removal of post setting blemishes, etc.

Eligibility for Repair:

To be eligible for a repair, your jewelry item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn (except for the initial try-on), with any accompanying tags or certificates, and in its original packaging. You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Repair:

To start a repair, you can contact us at support@orianadiamondsph.com. Please note that repairs will need to be sent to the following address: 40 C D. Tirona, Project 4, Lungsod Quezon, 1109 Kalakhang Maynila

If your repair request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a repair will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Exceptions / Non-Repairable Items:

Oriana Diamonds PH only provides warranty repair services for jewelry items originally crafted by our artisans. We do not offer warranty repairs on jewelry not manufactured by Oriana Diamonds PH. 

Repair Completion:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item for repair, and let you know if the repair was approved or not. If approved, the repair will be completed within a reasonable timeframe. We will notify you when the repaired item is ready for pickup or shipment. Please remember it can take some time for shipping and handling. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your repair and you haven't received an update, please contact us at support@orianadiamondsph.com.
